0tk10 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 0tk10 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 0tk10 website, all services, casino games, sports betting features, and any other content or functionality offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any bets. These Terms are effective from the date they are posted on this page. If you are accessing 0tk10 on behalf of a third party or in any professional capacity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that third party to these Terms. 0tk10 does not accept registrations from individuals acting on behalf of others for gambling purposes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 0tk10 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. Failure to meet or maintain any eligibility criterion is grounds for account suspension or permanent termination.

• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted to open player accounts.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or mandatory, at the time of registration or at any point during active use of the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account with 0tk10. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 0tk10 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. 0tk10 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 0tk10 support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

0tk10 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account monitoring. KYC requirements may include submission of a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. KYC verification is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Your cooperation with KYC requests is a condition of maintaining an active 0tk10 account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 0tk10 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related transfers — are subject to the terms set out in this section. 0tk10 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳200. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits are credited to your 0tk10 account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, contact 0tk10 support with your transaction reference.
• 0tk10 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name will be rejected and refunded to the originating account. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• 0tk10 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds in cases where deposits are unusually large or patterns of depositing activity appear inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 0tk10 account. Withdrawals to a third party, regardless of the relationship, are not permitted.
• 0tk10 targets withdrawal processing within minutes for bKash and Nagad requests. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. These are target timeframes, not guarantees.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player must have fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to their account balance. Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements will be declined.
• 0tk10 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may be affected by ongoing KYC verification, security checks, or compliance review. Players will be informed if a withdrawal is subject to additional review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

0tk10 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available. The general bonus terms in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 0tk10 bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee bonus withdrawal — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitutes fraud.
• 0tk10 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, 0tk10's interpretation of the promotional terms shall be final.
• Bonuses credited to your account have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and casino game rounds placed through 0tk10 are subject to the rules of the specific game or event as set by the relevant game provider or sports data provider. 0tk10 acts as the platform facilitating access to these games and markets; the underlying rules of each game or sport govern the settlement of all outcomes.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Confirmed bets may not be edited, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out function for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during a live game round or sports bet settlement, 0tk10 will attempt to resolve the round or bet using the last valid game state recorded by the platform's systems. If resolution is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and any wagered stake returned.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all casino games are determined by the game provider and are not manipulated by 0tk10. All games use certified RNG systems or live human-dealt mechanics audited by the provider. 0tk10 does not have access to alter game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Depositing, transacting, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 0tk10 support staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any third-party platform referencing 0tk10.

0tk10 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, transaction patterns, and gameplay behaviour in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review without notice, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 0tk10 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0tk10 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. 11. Amendments to These Terms

0tk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 0tk10 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions without reservation.
